DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The final round of the LPGA Xavier International has been cancelled due to weather.

South Dakota State finished in 12th place in the 13-team field. The tournament was limited to only 18 of the scheduled 54 holes due to inclement weather.

Morgan Fitts led the Jacks with a score of 80 and finished tied for 33rd. Katie Purcell shot an 82 and finished tied for 45th. Alli Plath finished tied for 51st after carding an 83. Brittany Hanten registered a 90 and finished tied for 67th. Amber Houser was disqualified.

Amy Anderson of North Dakota State took individual medalist honors with a score of 70.

The Jackrabbit women play next at the Payne Stewart Memorial on Oct. 17.
