The South Dakota State wrestling team continued its recent stretch of signings with two transfers...

David Klingsheim and Eric Orozco join the team after spending time at other institutions.

Klingsheim transfers from the University of Nebraska, where he was the 2011 Big 12 Champion and NCAA Qualifier at 125 pounds. Klingsheim started both seasons at Nebraska and was a two-time California State Champion in high school.

Orozco transfers from West Hills College in California, where he was the California Community College State Champion at 133 pounds this season. Orozco was also named Outstanding Wrestler of the tournament.

"It is great to sign two student-athletes who are experienced and successful at the collegiate level," head coach Chris Bono said. "David is a former Big 12 champion and has NCAA experience. He has very high dreams and goals for his time at SDSU. Eric had great success in the California JUCO system and will make an immediate impact at a weight that we desperately need. I am very excited to get both young men on campus and go to work."

The duo makes seven signings since Bono was named head wrestling coach.
