Tickets remain available for the South Dakota State University football team's season opener Sept. 1 at Kansas. Game time is set for 6 p.m. at Memorial Stadium in Lawrence, Kan.

Tickets are $45 each, plus a $5 handling fee per order, and can be purchased through the Jackrabbit Ticket Office at 1-866-GO JACKS (465-2257) or by logging on to www.JackrabbitTickets.com. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for the SDSU-Kansas tickets.

For those interested in traveling to the Kansas game, but don't want to drive, a bus trip is being scheduled through Brookings Radio. Details on the bus trip are available by e-mailing Cami Powers at cpowers@brookings.net.

Season tickets for the Jackrabbits' five-game home schedule in 2012 remain on sale. Single-game tickets for all SDSU home football games will go on sale Aug. 1.
