Ed Posaski joined the Jackrabbit staff in August 2012 as the assistant athletic director for budget after two years as the associate athletic director for business and finance at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.

A Freehold, N.J., native, Posaski started at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in 2006 as the assistant athletic director for marketing and promotions and worked in that position for a year before being promoted to assistant athletic director for business in 2007, a position he held until 2010, when he earned the promotion to associate AD for business and finance.

Before joining the staff in Corpus Christi, Posaski worked as the director of marketing at Radford University in Radford, Va., for three years. He also worked as the director of marketing and promotions at the College of William and Mary from 2000-02, and as the assistant athletic director for external affairs at Western Carolina University from 1999-2000.

A 1996 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in sport management enterprise, Posaski went on to earn a master's degree in sport management from Morehead State University in 1998.
