Priebe, Jackrabbits set top performances
Kory Kohlhof posted a personal-best time of 23.02 in the 200-meter dash. He ran to a 16th-place finish.
Marc Husman led the Jackrabbits in the 400-meter dash with his final time of 50.48.
Ryan Swenson was .04 seconds shy of cracking the SDSU top-10 in the 600-meter run. He ran a personal-best time of 1:23.08 to place ninth.
In the 800-meter run, Daniel Pettit posted a final time of 1:57.17 to place 17th overall.
In the one-mile run, both Andrew Thies and Grant VanKeulen posted personal-best performances. Thies placed 15th with his final time of 4:21.73 and VanKeulen finished in 22nd-place with his overall time of 4:26.22.
Brendan Sage ran to a sixth-place finish in 3,000-meter run with his final time of 8:40.26.
Zach Koosman rounded out the top-10 in the high jump with his height of 6 feet, 2 3/4 inches.
Jeremiah Ary jumped a distance of 22-9 3/4 to take the runner-up spot in the long jump. Ary also posted a fifth-place finish in the triple jump with his mark of 45-3 3/4.
VERMILLION, S.D. – Cullen Mack led the Jackrabbits at the USD Twilight with his sixth-place in the weight throw event. Mack posted a personal-best mark of 54-9 1/4.
Kyle Anderson also recorded a personal best distance at USD. He topped his old personal best distance by two inches in shot put as he recorded a final mark of 49-9.
In the 200-meter dash, Joseph Bednar recorded a season-best time of 23.49.
Connor Branick led the Jackrabbits in the one-mile run as he took ninth with his time of 4:40.10.
Bennett Mercil recorded a season-best time of 8.83 in the 60-meter hurdles as he finished in ninth. Mercil also took third in the long jump event with his mark of 20-9 1/4.
Nathaniel Schaefer cleared a height of 14-5 1/4 in the pole vault event.
The Summit League Indoor Track and Field Championships are up next for the Jackrabbits. The conference meet takes place Feb. 28-March 1 inside the IPFW Athletics Center in Fort Wayne, Ind.
