Brookings, S.D. – The South Dakota State men’s and women’s teams will be back in action this Saturday, Sept. 29 at the Griak Invitational in Falcon Heights, Minn.
Last time out:
The last time the Jackrabbits raced was at the SDSU Classic.
The men won their meet with a score of 25 points. MSU-Moorhead finished with 60
points.
The women took second with a score of 73, Minnesota won the meet only scoring
15 points.
Last time at the Griak:
At last years Griak, the men finished 21st. Jared Ailts is
the top returner from last years race when he finished 104th .
The women finished 25th and Tera Potts was the top finisher for
the Jacks as she took 186th.
The competition:
The Griak will consist of schools from all around the nation and will be a good race to see how the Jackrabbits fare against the best of the best.

The men will begin their race at 12:20 p.m. and the women will follow at 1:10 p.m.
After the Griak the Jackrabbits will not compete next week as they will get ready for the Chili Pepper Invite in Fayetteville, Ark. on Oct. 13.
