The South Dakota State University women's basketball team will conduct a diaper drive this Sunday (Oct. 14) to assist the Brookings Harvest Table.

Team members will collect diapers and monetary donations from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at both Wal-Mart and Hy-Vee in Brookings. The team will distribute diapers and groceries, as well as entertain local children, at an event Oct. 29.

Harvest Table is an organization that provides a warm, no-cost meal every Monday at First United Methodist Church in Brookings. Diapers are distributed to deserving families on a weekly basis, while groceries are handed out the last Monday of each month.
