KELLER, Texas-South Dakota State’s Sydney MacDonald shot a 77 to move up five spots after the second round at the 2014 Summit League Women’s Golf Championship at the Sky Creek Golf Club in Keller, Texas.

SDSU shot a 324 (321-324=645) at the par-72, 6,119-yard layout and are in fourth place. The Jacks trail third place IUPUI by six shots.

After shooting a first-round 79, MacDonald (Calgary, Alberta) was one over on the back nine and four over on the front nine with a birdie on the third hole.

Freshman Islamiah Fuad (Perak, Malaysia) jumped up six spots to 15th after shooting an 80 (82-80=162).

Freshman Megan Mingo (Yankton) sits in a tie for 16th after firing an 86 (77-86=163). Sophomore Brianna Janu (Glenwood, Minn.) is tied for 19th, shooting an 81 (83-81=164) Tuesday.

Junior Myranda Dunmire (Palmdale, Calif.) shot an 89 (86-89=175) and is tied for 33rd.
