The South Dakota State Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) teamed up with the Success Academy on April 18, to provide sophomores at the Flandreau Indian School the opportunity to learn about Health, Physical Education and Recreation.

The Jackrabbit student-athletes not only coached the students through different sports and activities, but they also talked to the students about the importance of academics.

The program not only helps Native American students complete high school, but it prepares them to continue with post-secondary education.
