Before SDSU: Transfer from the University of Minnesota where she swam from 2006-2008... competed in the 50 free and the 100 and 200 breaststrokes at the Big Ten Championships  during her freshman and sophomore years... earned career-best times in both the 100 and 200 breasts when she finished 20th in the 200 (2:18.82) and 24th in the 100 (1:05.08). ... member of the Mitchell Aquatic Club team... a five-time South Dakota state champion... held 14 state records, including in the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke events... the Central Zones champion and the record holder in the same events... a Sectional and Junior National qualifier... the South Dakota swimming senior representative... named the team’s most valuable swimmer in 2004 and 2005 as well as the Mitchell Booster Club’s Hustler of the Year honoree... had a perfect 4.0 GPA all four years in high school and was ranked first in her class of 208 students...majoring in Educational Administration.
