Following is a list of policy items pertaining to tickets for SDSU athletic events
1. Season Ticket Policies
a. Season tickets are available for football, volleyball, wrestling and men's and women's basketball. Seats for wrestling matside, football, and men's and women's basketball are allocated based on prioirty points and are subject to availability. Reallocation for football and men's and women's basketball will occur once every three(3) years. For more information on costs and locations call the ticket office at 866-GoJacks.
b. Payment for all online or over the phone purchases can be made via Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Purchases completed in person at the Jackrabbit Ticket Office can be made via credit card or by check payable to "SDSU Athletics"
c. Single-game tickets are available, but will be allocated at best available location. For information on specific games, call the ticket office at 866-GoJacks or visit www.jackrabbittickets.com.
d. For football and men's and women's basketball, season ticket holders will have the option of purchasing single game tickets 2 weeks in advance to the General Public.
f. Please refer to our Priority Seating system for further information on miniumum seat donations and how points are accumulated.
2. Single Game Ticket Orders
a. Single game tickets that are ordered in advance over the phone more than one (1) week prior to the event and will be mailed to the address on file. Tickets ordered online will have the option of "print at home" or mailed if more than one (1) week prior to the event. Tickets should arrive no more than one(1) week after the order has been paid in full. Tickets ordered within seven (7) days of the event will be available at will call.
b. Customers that select for their tickets to "Print at home" will receive an email with their tickets included in an attached .pdf. Barcode on print at home tickets must be clear with no folding, tearing or writing.
c. If your tickets are not received two (2) days prior to game, please call the Ticket Office at (605) 688-5422 or 866-GOJACKS.
d. All tickets left at Will Call must be paid in full before they will be held. There are NO REFUNDS for unused Will Call tickets. Will call opens one (1) hour prior to teh event for all sports except football. The Will Call windown at Coughlin-Alumni Stadium will open 90 minutes (1.5 hours) prior to kickoff.
e. All tickets purchased will be subject to a $2.00 processing fee (exception for print at home orders made online).
f. Please handle your tickets with care. SDSU is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Tickets that are apparently lost in the mail must be reported to the Ticket Office in advance of the event in order for duplicate passes to be issued.
3. Postseason Tickets
a. Access to postseason tickets will be first given to season ticket holders and/or Jackrabbit Club members. A limited number of tickets will be available.
b. For all post season events everyone has to purchase a ticket including Junionr Jacks, SDSU students, and anyone that recieves complimentary tickets.
c. In order to best serve all of our fans, there may be limits on how many tickets an individual may purchase.
d. Information regarding each post event will be distributed as soon as available on www.gojacks.com
4. Away Ticket Policy
a. SDSU will sell tickets to selected road contests. On such occasions, SDSU reserves the right to make tickets available to parents of participating student-athletes and season ticket holders who are members of the Jackrabbit before making them available to the general public. Availability and allocation will be based on priority points. In order to best accommodate our fans, we may also limit the number of tickets an individual may purchase.
b. For other away contests that SDSU does not sell tickets to, customers must contact the ticket office of the host institution to purchase tickets.
5. Jackrabbit Ticket Office Hours
a. Jackrabbit Ticket Office Hours: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday thru Friday. The Jackrabbit Ticket Office is located on the first floor of the Stanley J. Marshall HPER Center.
6. Game Day Ticket Sales
a. Tickets go on sale one hour before game time at the Frost Arena ticket booth and ninety (90) minutes prior to kickoff at the Coughlin-Alumni Stadium ticket booth.
