More softball schedule changes
The continued wet weather in Brookings forced South Dakota State to move its weekend softball series with Western Illinois to Omaha, Neb., for a second straight weekend, and forced North Dakota State officials to move the Jackrabbits three game series against the Bison next week to Gate City Field in the Fargodome.
The game times for all three games in each series stay the same, with the Jackrabbits and Fighting Leathernecks starting a doubleheader at Fontenelle Park in Omaha on Saturday at 2 p.m., followed by a single game on Sunday at noon.
Already delayed once because of the wintery weather, the South Dakota State at North Dakota State series begins with a doubleheader on Tuesday, April 23 at 3 p.m., followed by a single game on Wednesday, April 24, at noon.
SDSU hopes to play its final home series of the season at home against Fort Wayne on April 26-27, but stay with GoJacks.com for updates, as the weather may force changes to that series as well.
