"It is an honor to be named a finalist for this award with all of these other great coaches," Bono said. "I have worked extremely hard getting the #getjacked mantra out across the nation.
The bracket includes eight seeded head coaches and a five round Battle Round format designed to determine coaches with a strong social media following. To access the full bracket (with seeds and match-ups), visit the ELSM Social Media of the Year page.
Voting for the quarterfinals will be Wednesday, July 2 and the semis will be Thursday, July 3. The finals are set for Monday, July 7.

In addition, the online voting competition will make up 20% of criteria (10% for vote totals and 10% for creativity of campaign during voting) for determining the overall SMOY Award winners.
Other finalists include Brian Smith, Cael Sanderson, Chris Ayres, Doug Schwab, Glen Lanham, Heath Eslinger, Jason Borelli, Jason Valek, Keith Norris, Kerry McCoy, Kevin Jackson, Kevin Ward, Matt Azevedo, Nick Mitchell, Pat Popolizio, Scott Goodale, Teague Moore, Todd Beckerman, and Tom Ryan.
"Thank you to Dr. Cooper, ELSM and the NWCA for this honor," Bono added. "I am excited to compete for the top honors."
