Season Ticket Policies
a.
In order to retain season ticket seat locations,
orders must be received by the renewal deadline. A deadline is set so we will
know which seats can be offered to season ticket holders requesting a seat
change or to new season ticket holders.
b.
Payment for tickets can be made by check
(payable to SDSU), or charged to Visa, MasterCard or Discover card.
c.
SDSU reserves the right to move season ticket
seat locations slightly in order to not leave single seats open.
d.
Single-game tickets are available, but may not
be adjacent to your season ticket seats.
e.
If tickets are lost or left at home, season
ticket holders on-record will be charged full price for a replacement ticket.
This replacement ticket fee will be fully refunded if the original unused
tickets are returned to the Ticket Office within 10 days of the event.

Single Game Ticket Orders
a.
Single-game tickets ordered in advance will be
mailed out upon request. Ticket orders can be expected to arrive in 7-10
business days.
b.
Advanced orders may also be purchased and
printed at home. All print at home orders are emailed as a .pdf file to the
customer's email account on file.
c.
If your tickets are not received two (2) days
prior to game, please call the Ticket Office at (605) 688-5422 or 1-866-GO
JACKS (465-2257).
d.
Will Call tickets must be reserved with a credit
card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Your credit card will be billed the day your
tickets are ordered. There are NO REFUNDS for Will Call tickets. Will Call
tickets can be picked up from the Game Day ticket booth beginning one (1) hour
in advance for all sports except football. The ticket booth at Coughlin-Alumni
Stadium opens one and a half (1.5) hours prior to kickoff.
e.
All tickets purchased will be subject to a $2.00
processing fee (*exceptions may apply).
f.
Please handle your tickets with care. SDSU is
not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Tickets that are apparently lost in
the mail must be reported to the Ticket Office in advance of the event in order
for duplicate passes to be issued.
g.
If tickets are lost or left at home, season
ticket holders and single-game mail orders or telephone orders of record will
be charged full price for a replacement ticket. This replacement ticket fee

Postseason Tickets
a.
Priority will be given to season ticket holders
who are members of the Jackrabbit/ACE Club. Season ticket holders will have
first opportunity to purchase their same seats for any home postseason events.
Availability and allocation will be based on priority points. Junior Jacks
memberships and complimentary admissions are not valid for postseason games. In
order to best accommodate our fans, we may also limit the number of tickets an
individual may purchase.
4.
Away Ticket Policy
a.
SDSU will sell tickets to selected road
contests. On such occasions, SDSU reserves the right to make tickets available
to parents of participating student-athletes and season ticket holders who are
members of the Jackrabbit/ACE Club before making them available to the general
public. Availability and allocation will be based on priority points. In order
to best accommodate our fans, we may also limit the number of tickets an
individual may purchase.
5.
Weekday Ticket Sales
a.
Jackrabbit Ticket Office Hours: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Monday thru Friday. The Jackrabbit Ticket Office is located in the Stanley J.
Marshall HPER Center.
6.
Game Day Ticket Sales
a.
Tickets go on sale one hour before game time at
the Frost Arena ticket booth and ninety (90) minutes prior to kickoff at the
Coughlin-Alumni Stadium ticket booth.
