The National Collegiate Equestrian Association announced its list of 2012 all-Americans, a list that includes South Dakota State senior Helen Lauth as an all-American honorable mention in reining.

"First and foremost, Helen is a great teammate, but she also deserves this honor after the outstanding season she put together," head coach Megan Rossiter said. "She went undefeated for the majority of the season and finished with an impressive record that helped the team earn a bid to the NCEA Championships."

An Eyota, Minn., native, Lauth posted a 7-2 record in reining for the Jackrabbits in 2011-12, for a winning .780 winning percentage and one MVP in leading the Jackrabbit western team to the National Collegiate Equestrian Championships next week in Waco, Texas.
