South Dakota State's women's track and field jumper Mary Wirth repeated as champion in the high jump at the Outdoor Championships...

Wirth set the meet record and tied the stadium record with a mark of five feet, eight and one-half inches. The mark also ties a season-best.

Wirth was the final jumper and cleared the winning height on her third and final attempt and was the only competitor to advance to the next height.

The win makes it a season sweep in league championships for Wirth, who won the indoor high jump title, as well.

Wirth won the high jump at The Summit League 2011 Outdoor Championships with a mark of five feet, seven inches, one inch off of the previous meet record.
