Best indoor season shot put came at the MSU Preseason Open with a distance of 41 feet, 7.25 inches (12/3) ... at the John Daltaon Meet, Assmus had a indoor season best weight throw of 51 feet, four inches (2/17) ... had a outdoor season best shot put at the USF Relays, with a throw of 42 feet, 2.25 inches (5/5) ... at the Dakota Duals, Assmus had a outdoor season best discus throw with a distance of 152 feet (4/6)  ... had her outdoor season best hammer throw at the NDSU Dual with a measurement of 158 feet, 9 inches (5/4)  

2010-11
Best indoor season shot put came at the USD Twilight with a distance of 44 feet, 11.75 inches (2/28) ... had a weight throw of 47 feet, 3 inches, an indoor season best, at the Summit League Championships (2/27) ... at the USF Invite, Assmus had a season best hammer throw of 129 feet, 7 inches as well as a season best javelin throw of 77 feet, 10 inches (4/29) ... had the best shot put on the team during the outdoors season with a distance of 45 feet, 5.25 inches at the Summit League Championships (5/13) while also having a season best discus of 130 feet, 2 inches (5/14)
