SDSU men in sixth place in Kansas
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - The South Dakota State
men's golf team is in sixth place out of 11 teams at the Bill Ross
Intercollegiate. The Jackrabbit men compiled a two-round team score of 593 (294-299) during play on Monday.
Central Arkansas leads the field by 30 strokes after compiling a two-round total of 559
(277-282). SDSU is only four strokes behind second-place Arkansas State at 589 (298-291)
Dillon Schultz leads the Jacks firing a 143 (71-72) and is in fifth place. Hudson Carpenter shot a 147 (71-76) and is tied for 14th. David Smith is tied for 24th after carding a 150 (75-75). Nolan Meyer registered a 153 (77-76) and is tied for 39th. Greg Fehrman tallied a 161 (79-82) and is tied for 65th.
Lukas Davison competed as an individual and carded a 153 (79-74) and is tied for 39th.
Pep Angles of Central Arkansas leads all individuals with a score of 131 (67-64).
The third and final round start Tuesday morning.
