Jackrabbit men finish tied for 14th in Missouri
COLUMBIA. Mo. - The South Dakota State men's golf team finished tied for 14th place at the Mizzou Intercollegiate Tuesday. The Jackrabbit men compiled a 54-hole score of 935 (316-302-317) in the 15-team field.
Hudson Carpenter led the Jacks shooting a 229 (79-74-76) and finished tied for 39th place. Dillon Schultz carded a 233 (78-74-81) and finished tied for 54th. Greg Fehrman tallied a 236 (80-76-80) and finished tied for 66th. David Smith registered a 242 (84-78-80) and finished in 76th. Nolan Meyer shot a 264 (79-95-90) and finished 84th. Lukas Davison competed as an individual and carded a 252 (78-91-83) and finished 83rd.
Host Missouri won with a team score of 856 (275-289-292). Ryan Zech of Missouri took medalist honors with a score of 208 (67-70-71).
The Jackrabbit men play next at the Summit League Championships on April 23 in Primm, Nev.
