2014
Held the role of No. 2 starter for much of the season ... honored as team’s Newcomer of the Year ... ranked third among Summit League pitchers with 2.48 earned run average and fourth with 83.1 innings pitched ... threw at least six innings in nine of 14 starts ... was tough-luck loser in Jackrabbit debut, despite striking out seven and allowing only an unearned run versus Texas Southern (2/15) ... earned lone win of the season after striking out six and giving up only one run in seven innings versus Maine (3/8) ... did not factor into final decision, but allowed only one run on two hits over eight innings as Jackrabbits rallied to win first game of doubleheader against Air Force (4/12) ... struck out season-high 10 batters in 6 2/3 innings at Iowa (4/26) ... missed one start due to hand injury late in season ... came back to allow only one run in 5 2/3 innings against Western Illinois in Summit League Baseball Championship elimination game (5/23)
