South Dakota State senior right side hitter Kristina Martin earned The Summit league Offensive Player of the Week honors for the second time this season after leading the Jackrabbits to a pair of League wins last week.

Martin averaged 5.14 kills on .341 hitting, with 3.00 digs and 1.00 blocks per game for the week.

In a four-game win over IUPUI, she tallied a match-high 26 kills with just three errors in 50 attempts for a .460 hitting percentage and posted 13 digs for her 11th double-double of the season.

The senior now needs 53 digs to become just the fifth player in SDSU history to record 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs. She also needs 107 kills to break the SDSU all-time kills records.

Martin and the Jacks return to action on Friday Kansas City, Mo., against UMKC and on Saturday in Macomb, Ill., against Western Illinois.

First serve on Friday is scheduled for 7 p.m. and on at 6 p.m. on Saturday.
