2006-09 - Senior Associate Athletic Director
-  Member of the Intercollegiate Athletics Management Team
-  Sport supervisor for baseball, wrestling, men's and women's golf, men's and women's basketball,
   women's track, swimming, volleyball, tennis, softball and soccer
- Assist with scheduling of events and negotiate and/or review contracts and travel schedules
- Directly oversee the athletic business office, athletic facilities, game management, summer camps,
  human resources, athletic training, strength and conditioning and equipment
- Work with development offices in fundraising and corporate sponsorships
- Assist in creation of revenue generation with ticket sales, the Panther Scholarship Fund, merchandise
  sales, parking and facility rental
- Responsible for community relations in the area of economic development, tourism and the Chamber
  of Commerce
- Served as President of the Cedar Valley Sports and Entertainment Commission

2002-06 - Associate Athletic Director
- Develop a revenue generation team in order to enhance marketing, development, ticket and
  UNI Dome income
- Oversee the UNI Dome budged
- Manage marketing and promotions, UNI Dome operations, human resources, athletic training,
  strength and conditioning and equipment
- Sport supervisor for baseball, softball, wrestling, track and field, cross country, golf, swimming,
  tennis and soccer
- Member of the UNI NCAA Certification Team; responsible for completing the equity, welfare and
  sportsmanship sections of the certification process
- Human resource duties include hiring employees, generating contracts and adhering with federal labor
  laws and budgetary guidelines
- Assist in managing individual sports and UNI Dome budgets, capital project budgets an financial feasibility
  analyses
- Directly oversee 33 full-time and 80 part-time employees
- Develop and assist with NCAA and Missouri Valley Conference championships bids and reconciliation

2000-02 - Assistant Athletic Director for Operations
1999-2000 - Operations Manager for Athletic Facilities

- Responsible for facility scheduling and event management
- Seek out and develop relationships with promoters and agents to produce revenue generating events, such
  as concerts and trade shows
- Manage the UNI Dome budget and generate the annual Bond Compliance Report
- Assisted in bringing the parking and concessions operations under the umbrella of the athletic department
- Established and administered operating budgets for athletic contests and special events in all of the
  athletic facilities
- Responsible for planning capital projects totaling over $34 Million, including the $26 Million McLeod Center
  and $7 Million Human Performance Center
- Managed facility operations, ticket office, concessions, parking, custodial staff, athletic camps, event staff
  and UNI Dome Marketing
- Liaison with campus facility planning, student activities, public safety and the physical plant
