Ran the 5,000 meters in 15:42.20 at the Missouri Relays (3/26) ... had a season-best 1,500-meter time of 4:05.60 at the Sioux City Relays (4/17)


Finished third in the 3,000 meters in 8:57.92 as a non-seeded runner at the ISU Open (1/24) … placed 10th, non-seeded, in the 3,000 meters at the ISU Classic with a time of 8:46.13 (2/13) … won the 5000 meters at the Mount Marty Invite clocking in at 15:43.74 (3/29) … ran a season best time of 4:03.55 in the 1500 meters and a season best of 15:29.41 in the 5000 meters at the Jim Duncan Invite to place 16th (4/11) 


Cross Country
Finished 54th at the Summit League Championships ... Competed in eight meets for the Jacks ... Best 8K time of 26 minutes and 36.4 seconds at the SDSU Classic (10/1) for 21st place

Ran a season-best time of 26 minutes 17 seconds at the Bradley Classic (10/15) 

Finished with a time of 27:20.40 at the Pynn Invite (9/5) ... ran the Oz Memorial and clocked in at 21:52.50 (9/11)


Anderson progressed steadily as he made the adjustment to collegiate cross country as a true freshman ... his best performance came at the Summit League Championships where he finished 27th, fourth runner in for the Jacks, in a time of 26:05.

A member of the Yankton varsity Track team from 2004-2008 and a varsity member of the Cross Country team from 2005-2007... appeared in the state track meet all four years of high school... a member of the winning 4X800 relay team and placed second in the 3200 meter race at the 2008 state track meet... made the honor roll in three years and made the roll of excelence one year ... National Honors Socitey member... majoring in chemistry
