ST. LOUIS, Mo. (USBWA) - The U.S. Basketball Writers Association released its 2012-13 Men's All-District Teams, based on voting from its national membership, and South Dakota State's Nate Wolters represents earned his third straight honor as a District VI selection.
Wolters becomes the first Summit League player to receive three all-district honors. The 2013 Summit League Player of the Year and two-time Summit League Championships MVP leads averages 22.7 points, 5.6 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game
A USBWA all-district honoree selection in both 2011 and 2012, Wolters helped lead the Jackrabbits to the 2012-13 Summit League regular season championship and to two straight NCAA Tournament appearances
There are nine regions from coast to coast and a player and coach of the year are selected in each.
