Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium Gameday Information

Heading to Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium for Saturday's inaugural football game? Check out the information below for complete information.
TICKET INFORMATION
• The stadium ticket booth located near the main west gate will open five hours prior to scheduled kickoff. Other stadium ticket booths will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff, in conjunction with general stadium gates opening. The First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bank Card Premium Entrance opens two hours prior to kickoff.

• All tailgating lots open five hours prior to kickoff. Access a tailgating and parking map through the link at right.

FAN FEST
• Fan Fest, which features family-friendly games and activities, is held indoors at the Sanford-Jackrabbit Athletic Complex and runs from 2.5 hours to a half-hour prior to scheduled kickoff. Admission is free.
MEDIA
• Radio pre-game show begins one hour prior to kickoff on the Jackrabbit Sports Network. The game can be heard locally on WNAX 570 AM and KJJQ 910 AM.

STADIUM POLICIES
In accordance with best practices established at sports venues across the country, as well as state and local ordinances, the following stadium policies will be enforced:
Alcohol Policy
Possession and consumption of alcohol in the areas surrounding Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium is limited to designated tailgating areas. No one under the age of 21 may consume alcohol, including in stadium hospitality areas. No alcohol will be allowed in the general concourse or seating areas at Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium.
Smoking Policy
All athletic facilities at South Dakota State University, including Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium, are tobacco-free. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes and chewing/smokeless tobacco.
Prohibited Items
All fans entering Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium are subject to search. Large bags and backpacks are prohibited. No outside food or beverages are allowed, except for medical purposes. Additional prohibited items include:
• Animals (except service animals)
• Artificial noise-makers
• Balls
• Drones
• Fireworks
• Laser pointers
• Strollers
• Umbrellas
• Weapons (including firearms)
No Re-Entry Policy
Once fans have had their tickets scanned and entered Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium, a restrictive re-entry policy will be enforced. Fans who have a legitimate reason for needing to leave the stadium and return can receive assistance from security personnel who will be available at each gate. Fans who leave the stadium without informing security and want to return will have to purchase an additional ticket.
Signs and Banners
Banners signs and flags measuring larger than 20 inches by 20 inches must be pre-authorized by SDSU Athletics and cannot cover existing signs or obstruct the view of other fans.
Lost Tickets
If tickets are lost, stolen or misplaced, contact the Jackrabbit Athletics Ticket Office at 1-866-GoJacks prior to the day of the game. Re-issued tickets may only be claimed by the account holder upon showing a valid photo ID. Ticket issues on game day will be handled by any of the three ticket offices at Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium.
Refunds
All tickets ordered from the Jackrabbit Ticket Office are non-refundable.
Fan ConductÂ
Patrons attending South Dakota State University Athletics events are expected to adhere to high standards of sportsmanship. Fans using racial or sexist language, wearing inappropriate clothing or entering the playing field without proper credentials are subject to removal from the stadium.
RV PARKING
Ten spots are available in the gravel lot north of the Sanford-Jackrabbit Athletic Complex on a first-come, first-served basis for $50 per spot. This area will open six hours prior to game and must be populated between noon and 1:30 p.m. for a 6 p.m. game or between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. for a 2 p.m. game. No overnight parking is allowed. Once these spots are full, all other RV parking is located north of the Dairy Bar and is free.
