Request for Charitable Items

Please complete the request for Charitable items form completely. After submitting, SDSU Athletics may contact you for more information. Information will be reviewed by the SDSU Compliance Office to ensure the donation will meet all NCAA rules and regulations. Items will not be donated if the event is less than 2 weeks from the submission of request. When it is determined that a charitable item can be provided, SDSU Athletics will contact the Requesting Organization and all items must be picked up from the SDSU Athletic Department. Autographed items must be provided by the Requesting Organization.
